Foothill Vocational Opportunities Job Openings PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR II Foothill Vocational Opportunities, Inc. is currently seeking individuals who have the capacity to train, motivate and supervise production staff with developmental disabilities in achieving their individualized goals. Duties include but are not limited to: setting up lines and assigning workers to run efficient, productive work orders to customer specifications and schedules. Assist workers in developing job skills in line with their development plans. Maintain records of individual worker’s productivity, providing written and verbal feedback to counseling staff concerning performance and behaviors. Qualifications include High School graduate or equivalent; communicate effectively in English; good simple math skills; minimum one year experience as a supervisor or lead person in an industrial setting; experience in a social service setting with rehabilitation skills is highly desirable; ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs on a repetitive basis and up to 70 lbs on an occasional basis; available to work overtime when needed; approved criminal background check. Salary: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour plus good benefits.
